Returns:

If there is a need to return a product, please contact us with a message through the "Contact Us" page before shipping the item(s) back.
If there is something we can do to resolve an issue before shipping the item(s) back, let's try to do that first.

Returns within 30 days of shipment date will be eligible for refund;  some items may incur a 15% re-stocking fee. 
Original shipping fees and return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
